Northex Printing is based in Central Florida and built on a love of clean design, precision execution, and making parts that actually work. Whether it’s a quick concept or a fully modeled component, every print is approached with intention — made to fit, made to last, and made with care.
More Than a Maker: Engineered for Real-World Use
With a background in CAD design and hands-on prototyping, I specialize in functional 3D printing for builders, hobbyists, and small teams. Prints are created with end use in mind.
I work with materials ranging from standard PLA to more advanced options like ABS, and carbon fiber nylon. Each print is adjusted based on the specific application- considering strength, dimensional accuracy, and overall durability. Whether you’re printing a bracket, a test jig, or a one-off replacement part, I focus on making sure it performs the way it’s designed to.
While 3D printing is the core of what I offer, I’m gradually expanding into other fabrication tools — including laser cutting — to support custom projects with more flexibility and finish options.
What Makes Northex Printing Different
Most of the work I take on isn’t about aesthetics, it’s about function. Whether it’s a test-fit prototype, a structural bracket, or a one-off component, the goal is always the same: a part that fits and performs as intended.
I select materials based on mechanical needs, tune print orientation and infill for strength, and account for tolerances during slicing. I have a strong background in CAD and design for manufacturing, which helps me evaluate how a part should be printed. While I’m not currently offering full CAD design services, I’m happy to assist with prepping or modifying existing files to ensure they’re print-ready and functional.
A Bit More About Me
As a Deaf/Hard of Hearing creator, I value communication, clarity, and the confidence that comes from knowing a part was made right. I run every print myself and only ship what meets my own standards for quality and fit. Northex is about doing things precisely. Whether that’s for one piece or one hundred.
Let’s Build Something That Works
Whether you need a test-fit prototype, a custom bracket, or just a cleaner way to bring your idea to life, I’d love to help. Reach out anytime, and let’s make something that fits, functions, and lasts.
